Before submitting this form please verify all of the information contained in it. Spelling is critical because a misspelled names cause duplicate entries of the same dog. Neither entry will have complete information on that dog. Get your information from the dogs AKC registration if possible. An AKC certified pedigree should be as accurate as the registration.
If you do not have access to either of these please refer to the AKC database at http://www.akc.org/store . Log into your account (or create one), and select "Points and Awards" under "AKC Reports". From there you can search for a dog using name or registration number. You can obtain or verify that dog's Registration number, gender, date of whelp, coat color, and exact registered name. Ancestry is not available for free.
